Suspect: Chuck

Chuck Toomey, now here's an interesting guy. A World War II vet, came home, killed a guy, and served time for involuntary manslaughter. After that, he's spent most of his adult life as a bartender, you know, the poor man's psychologist. His best trick is staying out of trouble, but his weakness is a pretty face.

He's a friend to all, partial to none, and knows every low life on the street.
