Suspect: Gillies

The idea that Gillies might have been a dirty cop makes me sick. I'll have to deal with that sooner or later, but not this minute. I can't. Don't even want to think about it.

I trusted him. But then, I trusted a lot of people. Sometimes that gets a guy nothing but a kick in the teeth.

Wish to hell I knew what was rolling around in his head on that miserable night. Not sure what I'll do when or if I find out the accusations are true.

Nothing much I can do about him, but Roxanne Lewis? Now she's a different matter.
