Best looking suspect I've seen in a while. She's in her early thirties now, but her story began at the age of 16 when she ran away from her home in Vidalia, Georgia. According to one witness, she had pretty long red hair and a southern accent as thick as molasses. That's how I knew I had found her; her Georgia drawl hung on every word.

Roxanne had thumbed a ride north. Made it as far as Chandler, Massachusetts. By then, drugs and booze had become her constant companions. But that was nothing compared to what was in store for her here on the streets of Chandler. Bad luck caught up with her all right. It hasn't left yet.  Claims she doesn't remember anything of the night in question. Hate to say it gorgeous, but I've heard that line before.

The question is, how did she ever get hooked up with a scumbag like Alvin Quinn?
